Aftermarket 02A311361xx / 02A311158xx 5th gearset replacement, 29/49 teeth, 0.592 ratio. This works well with the 75 / 76 / 77kW 1.9 TDi engines, and can also work with the 62 / 63kW 1.9 TDi, especially in conjunction with a Stage 1 ECU remap.

Aftermarket 02A311145xx / 02A311351xx 4th gearset replacement, 31/38 teeth, 0.816 ratio. This makes very little difference to the 4th speed ratio, but does move 4th gear a little closer to 5th. Not recommended as an upgrade, but a good choice if you are in need of a replacement 4th gear gearset.
